Mat Pilates & Beginners

Mat Pilates builds core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our mat classes are suitable for all levels and emphasize breathing, alignment, and controlled movement. A foundational practice for balance and wellness.

Barre

Barre combines Pilates, ballet-inspired moves, and strength training into a low-impact but high-energy workout. It focuses on posture, stability, and deep muscle engagement. Perfect for anyone looking to tone, align, and energize.

Mat Hit

This class blends classic Pilates principles with dynamic HIIT-style intervals to elevate your heart rate and build heat. Expect powerful, targeted movements with a strong focus on glutes and abs, leaving you feeling stronger, energised, and deeply challenged.

Mat & Barre Teacher
Cristina is our mat and barre instructor with over 3 years of experience. She brings positive vibes and a bit of intensity to every class, making sure you get a proper workout while guiding you with correct form and technique

Alana

Mat & Barre Teacher
Alana is an exercise physiologist with a background in rehabilitation and strength & conditioning. She loves creating Pilates classes that are safe, empowering, and focused on building strength.She also specialises in pre- and post-natal Pilates and Pilates for menopause. Favourite move to teach: any side-plank combo.

Tanya

Mat & Barre Teacher
Tanya is our amazing Barre and Mat Pilates teacher, bringing over 7 years of professional dance experience to her classes. Her teaching style focuses on posture, a strong core, and adaptability - ensuring that everyone, no matter their level, gets a fun, challenging, and effective workout. 💪🩰 With her energy and expertise, Tanya creates a supportive space where you’ll feel motivated, uplifted, and inspired every time you step onto the mat.

Triona

Pilates Teacher
Triona is a certified Level 4 Pilates Instructor with specialist training in Exercise for Older Adults (Levels 1 & 2). She is passionate about Pilates and loves teaching, with a focus on helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence at every stage of life.
